Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to learners from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Support learners in achieving Functional Skills qualifications.
• Develop learners' confidence in English, Maths, Digital Skills, and Employability.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare learners for assessments and examinations.
• Create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
• Encourage learner participation, progression, and achievement.

What We're Looking For

• Functional Skills English
• Functional Skills Maths
• GCSE English
• GCSE Maths
• Digital Skills
• Employability
• Adult Education
• Training and Coaching

Desirable qualifications may include:

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)
• Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET)
• Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET)
• PGCE or Cert Ed
• Relevant English and/or Maths qualifications
